Content revised 21 October 2026.

Explain SEO through the business problem, the evidence and the work needed to address it. A concrete decision is easier to assess than a list of unfamiliar tactics.

Start with the observed issue

Show the affected page or journey. Explain whether people cannot find the offer, misunderstand it or struggle to enquire. Keep confirmed facts separate from ideas that still need investigation.

Connect the proposal

State the repair, owner, approval needed and expected practical benefit. For example, correcting a broken quote route restores the intended enquiry path; it does not itself prove a future sales increase.

Explain costs and dependencies

Identify writing, development, access and review responsibilities. Keep existing useful content and URLs in the plan. A supplier cannot complete an implementation that depends on an unavailable internal approval.

Set a review method

Agree what will be checked immediately and what outcomes need observation over time. Report completed work alongside relevant search and enquiry evidence. Avoid guaranteed recovery dates or ranking claims to win approval.
