Buying legitimate advertising and buying an artificial view package are different activities. Understand the delivery method before paying for a promised view total.
Check the offer
An eligible YouTube promotion uses supported advertising tools and their policies. A seller offering a fixed counter increase may use methods that do not represent genuine viewer interest. The word “targeted” alone does not verify the method.
Reject safety guarantees
The old article claimed purchased views were entirely safe and that a particular batch size avoided spam. Those assurances were unsupported. YouTube policy prohibits manipulation and artificial engagement; no seller can promise a channel will never face enforcement.
Keep the goal useful
Improve the video and consider an authorised paid test with clear scope and costs. Do not give an unknown seller credentials. A larger counter cannot guarantee organic ranking, suitable customers or monetisation eligibility.
