Content revised 21 October 2026.
Web development turns content, design and business rules into a working website. Agree the system’s responsibilities before choosing technology or setting a delivery date.
Separate the work
Front-end work controls the interface people use; back-end work handles server-side behaviour and data. A complete project may also need content, hosting, security configuration and integration work. Record the boundaries in the scope.
Plan the real journeys
List the pages, forms, media and customer actions. Identify account ownership and third-party dependencies. Use representative content early so a demo does not conceal missing implementation work.
Verify before release
Test desktop and mobile navigation, form behaviour and important integrations in a safe environment. Review URLs, metadata ownership and source preservation during a redesign. Agree rollback and maintenance responsibilities.
Read historical claims in context
The original published profile stated over 100 projects, over 100 customers and work across more than 20 countries. Those are historical business claims in that source, not newly verified current totals. Ask for attributable, relevant examples when evaluating a proposal.
