Content revised 21 October 2026.
Useful web content needs a clear purpose, accurate explanation and dependable presentation. Use these checks to review a page without turning the edit into a keyword-density exercise.
1–3: Purpose, audience and answer
State the page’s task, identify the reader and answer the central question early. A service page should explain the actual offer; an article should resolve its particular question. Retain relevant terminology naturally.
4–6: Structure, evidence and media
Use descriptive headings, support important claims and choose media that explains the subject. Write image alternatives according to their role. Do not add a popular keyword to every image regardless of what it shows.
7–8: Links and metadata
Link to useful next questions and check the destinations. Align the title and description with the visible page. Avoid promises the visitor cannot find after clicking.
9–10: Mobile use and maintenance
Read the page on a phone, test its next step and assign a review owner. Keep source backups and update genuine facts when they change. No length, density or checklist score guarantees search performance.
